Property Management

Dunhill’s Home Watch Service includes an interior and exterior property inspection once a week, plus additional checks for:

• Water damage from temperate changes with heating or A/C
• Oil levels and hot water tank
• Basement for any flooding or damage
• Phone and electrical panel for any changes with possible power outages
• Plant care
• Mailbox and newspapers
• Exterior water spickets
• Exterior for any damage from trees, brush, etc.
• Car starting, if requested
• All security systems to include window and door locks as well as alarms

During any extreme storm there will be an additional check for damage which may result from high winds, freezing or excessive precipitation. will keep weekly records of the condition of your home from each inspection. Customer updates can be done via e-mail, postal service or by phone. We have a large office staff and are available 24-hours-a-day for any emergencies. Only our property manager will be allowed into your home for the inspections, this insures accountability and familiarity with your home.

SUBCONTRACTOR SUPERVISION

Dunhill will be available to meet and allow any subcontractors access to your property at your request. Many times this can be coordinated with our weekly inspections to avoid unnecessary fees. Furthermore, we will be happy to find subcontractors for you. Our construction division has an excellent list of the Cape’s best trades people and companies to work on your home. Pricing is based on each individual property and service required. Dunhill can open your house before your return to insure everything is clean, ready and waiting for you. We can also close your house, performing such tasks as covering furniture, putting away lawn furniture and doing a fall landscape clean-up. We can coordinate with your maintenance staff.
